It is Safe to Resume Your Healthcare

Updated: Dec 14, 2021

As we continue to fight this pandemic, we want you to know…

It is safe to resume your healthcare at Memorial Hospital. We continue to ensure that we follow CDC and IDPH guidelines to provide a safe and healthy environment for our patients. Our staff is following protocols that include wiping down frequently used services between patients, social distancing standards, and screening checks.

Some new things you may notice:

  • When entering a MH location you will be asked if you have any COVID symptoms and your temperature may be taken.

  • You will be asked to wear a mask to protect yourself, our employees and those around you.

  • Markers have been put in place in registration and screening areas to help you keep 6 foot distance from others.

  • We have added additional space between chairs in waiting rooms and are spacing appointments to allow ample time for extensive cleaning between visits and to avoid multiple people in waiting areas.
