Maribeth Golding Receives Employee of the Quarter

On October 5, 2020 Memorial Hospital CEO, Brett Bollmann named Maribeth Golding Employee of the Quarter for the Third Quarter 2020.

Maribeth has worked at Memorial Hospital since November 2017. She is a RN House Supervisor in the Emergency Department. When asked what she likes most about working at Memorial Hospital, Golding replied, “I work with a great group of co-workers. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the willingness to help one another and how they put the patients first.” Her co-workers write, “she consistently demonstrates the willingness to go above and beyond for patients. She demonstrates outstanding leadership skills and is always willing to problem solve, listen to staff and evaluate situations. She is able to utilize resources as well as guide her peers and team members to assure all needs are met and patient, as well as, staff satisfaction is accomplished. She has a ‘Can-Do’ attitude and is willing to take on any challenge and meet it with a smile. She is a great example of the culture of staff at Memorial.”

Maribeth resides in Chester, but soon to be Ellis Grove with her husband Caleb and their fur baby Willow. In her spare time, she enjoys time with friends and family outdoors with side by side rides, boating and bonfires. Golding received a personal plaque, cash prize and parking spot of her choice for the next three months.

Each quarter employees are encouraged to submit “star cards” for their co-workers who go above and beyond in their patient care or team work. Four random cards were drawn, Michelle Tripp, RN Chemo & Infusion; Audrie Otten, RN House Supervisor Med/Surg; Melissa Poe, Radiology Tech 1 CT; Angie Schoenbeck, RN House Supervisor Med/Surg, were the winners of a monetary award for their star nominations.
